According to Art of Aarts
Aarchives, this is engine number 56 delivered to the Long Island Railroad in
1883. It is a standard gauge Mason Bogie 2-4-6-T. According to Ziel,
this engine is shown in 1883 just after it was converted to standard gauge when
the Long Island leased the NY&MB RR. |
