This resource contains lists of sources of materials for modifying an engine's superstructure. It focuses on complete assemblies rather than scratchbuilder supplies which are listed in a different section. Trackside Details - While primarily a supplier of detail parts, they do stock such items as brass steam and sand domes. They have neither a Web site nor do they respond to e-mail. One of their dealers, Electric Model Works, maintains a catalog on line with photos of the majority of the components. |
